Reimburse of Road Service Contribution.

The Road Service Contribution (CSR) was considered illegal by the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU), for violating Council Directive 2008/118/EC, of December 16, 2008, on the general regime of excise duties .

In view of this TJUE decision, any company/final consumer that has borne the CSR over the last four years – even if indirectly through fuel consumption – may request the reimbursement of the amounts incurred in excess.

Specifically, companies will be able to request the Tax and Customs Authority (AT) to reimburse the unduly paid CSR: €0.087 per liter of gasoline, €0.111 per liter of diesel for road use and €0.123 per Kg of Auto LPG.
